On-site roller brake testing

Premier Fleet Services carries out on-site roller brake testing for loaded and unloaded trucks, giving you a clear, accurate read on braking performance without sending a vehicle off-site.

Using calibrated testing equipment, we assess braking performance and pick up on any wear or imbalance that needs correcting before it becomes a bigger problem. Every test comes with a clear report you can use to support your MOT preparation and DVSA inspections.

Brake testing is carried out as part of every PMI inspection, or can be booked separately as a standalone check — useful for keeping on top of compliance between scheduled inspections, or checking a vehicle over before it goes back out on the road.
